RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Welcome to the our super exciting Return & Refund Rules. These rules outline what you can expect from us when it comes to your order & satisfaction when you buy from us. These rules apply to all customers, so pay close attention.
The products that we sell on our website are personalized to each individual customer, and as they cannot be resold or reused once they are purchase, they cannot be returned. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may impose, but we do not issue refunds or accept returns on your custom order once it has been created.
SHIPPING POLICY
While we do try our hardest to ensure that your package arrives safely, sometimes shipping delays and damage happens. Unfortunately, when it comes to shipping issues there just is not much we can do once the package leaves our facility. However, we do want to make sure you get what you paid for!
We do not provide refunds on shipping costs if your order arrives later then expected. If the pencil package is a bit smashed or damaged, we will not issue refunds or replacements – as the real purpose of the pencil box is to protect your fancy new pencils! If your pencils arrive smashed to smithereens or in an unsalvageable state, we will work with you to issue a set of replacement pencils or a refund. We will consider replacements & refunds for damaged pencils if we believe there was an issue with our packaging protocol and it was our fault for not packaging your order properly.
Your replacement request must occur within 5 days of receiving your order. To request a refund or replacement set of pencils due to shipping damage, you must email [email protected] with the following information:
- Customer Name
- Telephone Number
- Order Number
- Reason
- Photo of Damaged Items, Packaging & Shipping Materials
- A photo of your dog/cat or other pet (Okay, this one is totally optional!)
Upon reviewing the submitted request for replacement pencils, we may choose to either reimburse the value of the pencil(s) damaged or opt to send a replacement set. If we believe that your pencil has been used improperly causing damage or intentionally damaged, we will not provide a refund or replacement pencils.
SATISFACTION
Although we do not accept returns or issue refunds on your custom pencil order, we do want to make sure you are a satisfied customer!
If you encounter issues with your order such as the printed type not matching what was requested (spelling errors – which are our fault), or your pencil arrived in the wrong color combination we will send you a new batch of pencils. We do not provide refunds or replacements for errors/typos which you submit through our ordering process or over the phone – please review your order closely before you submit it – it is final once the pencils have been created!
